• Udhyam Shiksha works on developing entrepreneurial mindsets among the youth and enabling them to achieve their potential, having impacted ~24,00,000 learners across 12 Indian states.

Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful candidate to support the senior specialist in facilitating the matchmaking process between solution seekers (rural entrepreneurs) and service providers (solution providers, consultants, experts, and service providers) on our online platform. This role requires a good understanding of rural entrepreneurship, data coordination, and the ability to leverage technology to facilitate successful connections.

  1. User Engagement and Support

    • Support solution seekers on navigating the platform effectively to find suitable providers.

    • Provide efficient response to inbound enquiries and help them be on track

    • Exploring ways and means to customise solutions to varying contexts

  2. Matchmaking solutions 

    • Utilise platform set up and algorithms to match solution seekers with providers based on expertise, location, availability, and other relevant criteria.

    • Effective data coordination to ensure usable solutions reach the seekers

    • Update solution repository by tracking and documenting inbound enquiries, solutions delivered, customisation and implementation support 

  3. Content Management

    • Based on user navigation provide inputs to technology team on ideal data flow for the platform

    • Provide inputs to optimise and make search process more effective and user friendly

  4. Monitoring data and evaluating performance

    • Collect and analyse platform provided data and user feedback to identify demand trends, user profiles, user funnel and implementation status 

    • Provide inputs to both sourcing team and technology team to improve platform robustness.

Requirements:

  • Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, and proficiency in using technology to streamline processes.

  • Good oral and written  communication skills 

  • Good data coordination and analysis skills

  • Strong bias for action

  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders including entrepreneurs, consultants, and work with cross functional teams.
