• Udhyam Shiksha works on developing entrepreneurial mindsets among the youth and enabling them to achieve their potential, having impacted ~16,00,000 learners across 10 Indian states.
• Udhyam Vyapaar focuses on nano businesses in India, and solving large problems faced by them, at scale; having already enabled upto a 27% income uplift for 5000+ entrepreneurs.

The goal for Udhyam is to build a thriving and supportive ecosystem, where every individual feels empowered to define their own path.

About Entrepreneurial Mindset Program:


At Udhyam we believe in the 3 key learning principles namely Student Autonomy, “Learning by Doing” and “Real world experience’ . What better way to build entrepreneurial mindsets than trying real world  innovation projects hands-on?


Our Entrepreneurial Mindset Development program was rolled out successfully across Andhra Pradesh, reaching 26 districts and 4,500 plus schools this year. The program was focused on enabling the development of Entrepreneurial Mindsets of students through a curriculum which was experiential and Project based.  The program was integrated into the school timetables and enabled through teachers within each school. Over the course of this Project based curriculum, the students worked in teams, received inputs for identifying societal problems that they would like to solve, and with a support system developed their ideas into viable prototype solutions. 


Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Translation of content from English or Hindi to Punjabi.
  2. Translation of variety of materials such as student workbooks, teacher handbooks, product flows, and communication materials.
  3. Ability to provide need-based translations as per specific project requirements.

Skills, Experience and Mindsets
  1. Strong command over Punjabi (written), with working knowledge of English and/or Hindi. 
  2. 1–3 years of experience in educational, curriculum-based, or development-sector translation is preferred.
  3. Ability to maintain tone, nuance, and clarity across content.
  4. Ability to handle multiple assignments with timely delivery and quality focus.
  5. Open to feedback, iterative improvement, and new approaches.
  6.  Ability to take responsibility for assigned work and follow through.
  7. Understanding the impact of content on school students and educators; ability to localize language meaningfully.
