Udhyam Learning Foundation (Udhyam) is on a mission towards Making Bharat Entrepreneurial. We believe that entrepreneurship is a powerful way to channelize an individual’s potential. Our Programs:
Udhyam Shiksha works on developing entrepreneurial mindsets among the youth and enabling them to achieve their potential, having impacted ~40,00,000 learners across 12 Indian states.
Udhyam Vyapaar focuses on nano businesses in India, and solving large problems faced by them, at scale; having already enabled an income uplift for close to 10000 entrepreneurs.
The goal for Udhyam is to build a thriving and supportive ecosystem, where every individual feels empowered to define their own path.
Role Overview
The intern will support ongoing marketing and communication work by assisting with content, design and PR tasks. This includes refining field stories, preparing social and campaign content, creating design collaterals, and identifying PR and visibility opportunities. Most plans and directions are already in place — the intern will step in to execute, organise and strengthen the flow of communication work across platforms.
Responsibilities
Content
• Refine field stories into clear, engaging pieces for social media and PR.
• Assist in content across formats for social, campaigns and external communication.
• Support content needs for the January campaign.
Design
• Assist in creating social media creatives across formats.
• Work on design collaterals and visual materials that showcase our work.
• Support design requirements for campaigns and special releases.
PR
• Research and identify local PR opportunities, events and creative collaborations.
• Map relevant media outlets, journalists and influencers.
• Support preparation of outreach material for hero stories and program highlights.
Skills required
Strong interest in content and storytelling.
Good design skills using Canva or similar tools.
Aware of social media trends and platform styles.
Good research ability and curiosity to explore new opportunities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Proactive, independent and responsible.
Eligibility
Current undergraduate students or recent graduates looking for hands-on experience.
Creative individuals who are eager to learn and contribute, with an interest in marketing and communication
Curiosity about storytelling, social media and PR is a plus.
Work Mode
Remote, with occasional virtual check-ins and coordination calls.
Duration
3–6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project
requirements.
