About Udhyam:
Udhyam Learning Foundation (Udhyam) is on a mission towards Making Bharat Entrepreneurial. We believe that entrepreneurial mindsets are a powerful way to channelize an individual’s potential as they enable agency and allow an individual to work on their strengths while creating value for the world.
Our programs:
Udhyam Shiksha works on developing entrepreneurial mindsets among the youth in the government high schools and enabling them to achieve their potential, having impacted ~24,00,000 learners across 10 Indian states.
Udhyam Vyapaar focuses on nano businesses in India, and solving large problems faced by them, at scale; having already enabled up to a 27% income uplift for 5000+ entrepreneurs.
Udhyam Shiksha’s Program Model:
Udhyam Shiksha works in collaboration with the state governments to implement the Entrepreneurial Mindset Curriculum (EMC) in grades 9th to 12th. EMC is designed to build agency in learners by providing real world learning opportunities to high school students across 4 years. EMC is designed on the foundations of experiential learning and encourages learners to make choices, work in teams, go out of their comfort zones and try new experiences.
About the role:
Udhyam’s work in vocational education is evolving. Alongside our existing focus on secondary and senior secondary grades, we are now beginning an exploratory collaboration with state governments to work with students in Grades 6–8. This work aims to meaningfully integrate government-mandated vocational education with Udhyam’s Mindsets and Competency Framework.
This is an early-stage experiment focused on discovering synergies between skills and mindsets, and reimagining vocational learning as experiential, contextual, and rooted in real school realities. The role is suited for individuals excited to build something new, work closely with government systems, and shape the direction of a growing initiative in its formative stages.

Translate given objectives, mandates, and pedagogical directions into clear, structured, and age-appropriate learning content.
Adapt and contextualize government-provided vocational material to align with Udhyam’s Mindsets and Competency Framework.
Follow established processes, templates, and review cycles to ensure consistency and quality of content.
Incorporate feedback from internal teams and field pilots to refine and improve content.

Skills, Experience and Mindsets:
3-4 years of relevant experience in curriculum development, academic content design, or education programs within public or large-scale systems.
Exposure to vocational education, skill education, career education, or work-readiness programs.
Ability to work with clearly defined guidelines, objectives, and templates, and translate them into well-structured, age-appropriate learning content.
