• Udhyam Shiksha works on developing entrepreneurial mindsets among the youth and enabling them to achieve their potential, having impacted ~47,00,000 learners across 12 Indian states.
• Udhyam Vyapaar focuses on nano businesses in India, and solving large problems faced by them, at scale; having already enabled 10000+ entrepreneurs.

The Product team is a high-impact and fast-growing AI innovation team developing cutting-edge products that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI, Gemini and open-source models to solve real-world problems that make a positive impact. We’re building a suite of transformative AI-driven products in the education space that are shaping the future of how students learn, create, and innovate.

As a Product Intern, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and Program teams to help bring impactful products to life. This is an opportunity to learn product management by doing—working on real product challenges, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation, and contributing to products that impact lakhs of students across India.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design and Program teams to ensure everyone is aligned on priorities, feature rollouts and timelines. Help keep product initiatives moving by following up on action items and ensuring smooth communication.
Assist in planning and executing go-to-market (GTM) activities for new features and product releases. Create product communication, release notes, training material and documentation to help internal teams understand and adopt new capabilities.
Work closely with program teams across different states to understand operational requirements, document feature requests and coordinate with the Product team to evaluate and accommodate changes wherever required.
Support in user research, competitive analysis and feature discovery. Help document user stories, write test cases, acceptance criteria and functional specifications for new feature development.
Analyse product usage, user feedback and operational insights to identify opportunities for product improvements. Participate in customer conversations and usability testing to develop a strong user-centric mindset.

Relevant previous experience, internship, campus leadership or project experience demonstrating ownership, collaboration or problem-solving is a plus.

You'll get hands-on exposure to the complete product development lifecycle—from user research and feature discovery to PRD writing, stakeholder management, GTM planning and product launches. You'll work alongside experienced Product Managers while contributing to products that create meaningful impact in education across India.
