About Tech @Udhyam

Udhyam has small and high energy Tech team that work on delivering the technology solutions that power the curriculum delivery and user engagement that our state programs require.

Udhyam is looking for an experienced ERPNext System Architect to lead the deployment and optimization of ERPNext within our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in implementing Accounting, CRM, and HR modules within ERPNext, along with a general understanding of CRM processes and workflows. Experience working in the non-profit sector will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERPNext, ensuring smooth deployment and configuration.

  • Customize and optimize Accounting, CRM, and HR modules to align with business needs.

  • Conduct requirements gathering and business process analysis, with a particular focus on Accounting, CRM, and HR modules, to ensure efficient ERP workflows tailored to business needs.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Fundraising, Operations and Accounting teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective system adoption.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and user guides.

  • Integrate ERPNext with other business applications as needed.

  • Stay updated with ERPNext advancements and recommend improvements.


Skills, Mindsets and Experiences:

  • Proven experience in implementing ERPNext, particularly in Accounting, CRM, and HR modules.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM concepts and process flows in a business environment.

  • Familiarity with ERPNext customization, scripting, and configurations.

  • Experience in data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into ERPNext solutions.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of Frappe Framework and ERPNext backend development is required.

  • A degree in IT, Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.

  • ERPNext certification (if available) or demonstrated expertise through project experience.
